Shamefully understaffed so no matter how hard the baristas work there's always a huge wait. I'm shocked the workers here didn't unionize yet given the horrible working conditions.
Hello Starbucks Manager, I wanted to commend your barista, "Shrimp ", at the Grand Avenue store. She went above and beyond, and my Caramel Brûlée Latte made my day. Excellent service!

Counter service is terrible. They appear to prioritize mobile orders over all else, ignoring people in line. Behind the counter is a mess and personnel seem very inefficient and generally slow. This is definitely among the worst Starbucks I've ever been in. Three stars because it's Starbucks and I got what I asked for and reviews look dumb when they give one star to places like this.
