The attention is very bad, the lady at the cash register looks like Dora the Explorer, she doesn't serve kindly, it seems like someone is begging for free food and not paying. That lady urgently needs to take a Customer Service course. The cost of the food compared to the seasoning and flavor is not very good.We ordered some stuffed chiles and some burritos and they were not cooked well.I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

As you can see from the photos I love the nachos. I go with my family but when my nachos come I’m like ‘na-chos, amigos’. They’re piled high with all the fixings - refried beans, melted cheese, carne asada, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and when I’m feeling dangerous - jalapeños. But the best part is the flavor. These nachos are so good I look forward to licking my fingers after I clean the plate. Speaking of plate - you gotta ‘eat-in’ if you get them, because they don’t hold up too well for take-out. For to-go I recommend the carne asada super burrito or quesadilla suiza. In any event, take out or eat in, check out La Morena, you won’t be disappointed.

really bad service, the cashier lady so rude no attention, food was good but not
I had the super steak burrito and it was pretty good but the customer service was terrible, absolutely no common courtesy. I never got a thank you. I told the lady at the counter thank you and have a nice day and she just gave me a dirty look like I did something wrong. So if you like good food and terrible customer service, this is the place for you.

Not what it used to be. No lengua, no tripa, and no menudo on the day I was there. Weekends only. Settled for the ceviche which was what I remembered it to be.
Very unprofessional staff. They messed up making my torta by giving me chicken instead of beef, put beef in my shrimp burrito, and the nachos weren’t made correctly/ the chips were stale. I drove home and came all the way back because I can’t eat beef. They were all very rude once I told them they messed up my order and the chef was condescending asking us if he was doing it right and calling us “king” sarcastically as he remade the food. My remade shrimp burrito had beef sprinkled in it. Very upsetting to find since I’m pescatarian. No one had gloves. Food was ok but experience was unpleasant.
