“My Family and I are from San Jose and were visiting my Aunt and wanted some BBQ so we found this place. Walked up to this place and was greeted by the owner like we were Family. We ordered some chicken and tri-tip sandwich and it was off the hook!!! They have these big bbq's outside that they were cooking on so you know it's real bbq and not cooked in a oven!! We didn't wait long for the food and the owner even asked us if we wanted a beer, we passed but he offered a shot of whiskey so my Sister bad ass as she is took him up on his offer!!! She said it was some smooth whiskey...lol...They were playing some old School oldies and music which made us feel like we were at a Family bbq....We left satisfied and thanked the owner for his hospitality. If for some reason the owner reads this, we were the ladies from East Side San Jose that stopped by!!!! We will definitely come through next time we are in town!!!“

My dad is a huge bbq fan so he was completely surprised and grateful for this amazing sandwich, their house made bbq sauce is similar to the addicting Carl's Jr. Western bbq sauce so get extra if you love it saucy!!“
“I hadn't been in about 30 years and soon as I walked in it was close to the way I remembered. The food was just as I remembered really good. This place is a gem and is worth the trip out if only for the pesto.Kid-friendliness: Staff was great they served well and made the group feel welcome.“
“I am rooting for this local business as they deserve all the support they can get. I ordered two items off their limited menu: fried chicken sandwich and fried chicken loaded fries. I thought the crispiness of the chicken was absolutely perfect; however, I did think the chicken meat itself lacked a lot of flavor. I thought the fries were cooked to perfection and tasted great with the spice blend that I believe the owner created himself. Some things that would have made it a lot of better was if they had added some lettuce or onions to the burger as it was literally just a piece of fried chicken sandwiched in between 2 buns for $12. The loaded fries could have used some more toppings like onions, some bacon bits, jalapenos, cilantro, and maybe drizzled with a homemade creamy or spicy sauce. These additions would not only take their food to the next level but just give the food that extra pop of color to make it more appealing! The store was hard to find and was located on a one way street in downtown Stockton. There is not a clear sign outside on the building besides a stand up sign outside. From the outside, it may look closed. Tip: I parked about a block away and decided to walk. They are at the end of a chain of stores located right next to a parking lot! It was also empty when I visited and there was a lot of seating. The service was great as they took my order and had my food ready within 10 minutes. Although I understand it is located in downtown which can get more dangerous at nighttime, I wish they had the option to do delivery or be open later as this would made a perfect a quick dinner or a late night snack delivery. I hope to be back to try some of their desserts.“
“I've always seen this pink truck around Stockton and have been so curious about it (since it's my favorite color lol) I looked up and saw the food they serve and really wanted to try it! I'm so glad they were at an event I was at so I finally got to try their food. I got their Pad See Ew and the person taking my order asked how spicy I want it and of course I said the spiciest level! I love that they asked before I could even request it. They have such good customer service and were super nice! The food was DELICIOUS! It was sooo spicy and tasted authentic. I have a high spice tolerance and it was making me sweat a little. The flavoring was absolutely perfect. I also had their beef stick and it was so tasty. Very flavorful. The price point was great too! Would definitely seek out this truck anytime I see it again. Can't wait to try their other food!“
“First of all, HATS OFF TO THE GUYS AT FORK IT!!!! I would give this spot 10 stars if I could!! Not only was the service great but the wait time was crazy fast. I stopped by today and grabbed a classic steak sandwich and let me tell you, it was probably the best steak sandwich I've ever purchased. The fries were also a plus, super fresh and crisp. Not only that but to all my ranch lovers out there, this place has the "good" ranch!!! Finally to the cheesecake, I took home an apple and a Oreo cheesecake and all I can say is that it was heavenly. The place was super clean and tidy and I will definitely be a regular customer!!!“
