I cannot physically explain how badly I hate this chipotle and their workers. There has to be a little room in the back where they joke about how little they make their portions. I understand there’s a guideline BUT THEY TAKE IT TOO DAMN FAR. When I ask for chicken I swear they put like 7 pieces max, it’s like digging for gold when you eat a meat bowl CAUSE THE MEAT IS BASICALLY NONEXISTENT. And don’t you dare ask for extra of anything…you either get charged OR they DO add extra, but it’s like 1/10 of the already small scooper, so there’s absolutely no point. It’s a waste of breath. Idk if the owner is cheap or if it’s the manger…but for f’s sake, your customers don’t pay 11$ for a bowl just to get 3 pieces of meat. Save yourself the money and time and drive the extra mile to a different chipotle TRUST ME. I love the one in Lodi near Costco they load their bowls to the brim, go there instead!

This location has decent food which tastes good thus, there is usually no issue with the food. Every now and then a bad meal but overall pretty good food and worth going back for the most part. There is however, a girl who works there in the front (host Marya on receipt but, Im not exactly sure) that was very rude and defensive. As she served my food told me that I need to adjust to the way they serve the food because thats how it is there. I thought her demeanor was very unprofessional especially, since this behavior appeared irrational and disrespectful toward customers. I will not give money to places like this who bully their customers when ordering food as this type of reckless behavior is unacceptable. I mean who wants get hassled when your simply ordering food. I'm going somewhere else to eat in peace where I won't get bullied.

My visit was on Tuesday, 10/03/23. The place is a tight squeeze, but it is manageable. The outside patio had a nice seating area underneath a huge umbrella, which shielded us from the sun. The food was good. Lastly, the employees could be a bit more friendly and inviting, so hopefully, customer service will improve on the next visit in the future.

Pros: Food & drinks are goodCons: indore & outdoor dining area is very small & cramped, The tables are sandwiched between the trash can, drink dispnser and line for food and is very cramped with people coming and going and giving you no choice but to eat in a rush and get out. The seating outdoor is very small and much better.Parking: Easy parking

Amount of meat they put on burritos is very inconsistent. On 9/16/2023 they gave me the smallest scoop of barbacoa. When asked for more they said it would have to be a double and then acted annoyed when. I asked the price difference. Terrible service. Bad amount of food. Be more consistent with portions. You never know if you're going to have a good or poor experience based on who makes your burrito.

This Chipotle re-energized us after an eventful morning with their great customer service. The whole staff was pleasant and answered every question with a smile. They even voluntarily recommended a better menu item based on price value. When we sat down, the staff tidying up the dining room cut us off to wipe off the previous diners' crumbs. The restaurant was clean, the restroom was clean, the food wasn't too salty, and the portions were generous.Be prepared to take your meal to go, though. There's only 3 tables for four inside. There's a few more tables outside, in their patio, but they were all taken. We were lucky that someone left right after I paid. It also seemed that people eat pretty quickly and go, so waiting for a bit for a table might actually not be a problem.
