The pork fried rice(5/5) from here is really good. The lemon chicken is also very good (5/5) BUT I am not a fan of the won ton soup though. The broth was good but the won tons themselves....mmm no thanks. (1/5).
My family has patronized this restaurant since before I was born...that's a long time. Lol. And if I had reviewed this place ten years ago it would've gotten at LEAST 4 stars for food and service. The service is still great but the food is now only ok and I'm not sure what changed. Yes, this place is kind of a dive from the outside and very old on the inside but it's clean and the food is still decent. My husband and I have been coming here for about 30 years. The food is always good and fresh. Everything is cooked when ordered. The inside of the restaurant has much to be desired but it is very clean. The staff is so sweet and accommodating most of the time. This is old school Chinese food. Best Asparagus (when in season) and Beef can't be beat. May I suggest Chicken Almond Chow Mein Chinese Style or Ginger Beef with extra Ginger over rice. My son loves the pot roast.
