Had a coupon for buy one get one free breakfast croissant. The guy at the window acted like he didn't know how to ring up the coupon. Then the price came out higher (I used one before). When I asked why he said "I don't know I don't have control over anything and you're getting one free". I told him I won't be back.

Out of all the Jack-in-the-Box is I have ever been to in California ,this has to be my favorite one. The food is always very warm and done fresh to order. My favorite thing to eat from here are the tacos and the curly french fries and the churros and needless to say they are always very crunchy and fresh. Plus the service their employees are very nice and friendly so that is always a plus. Best believe I will be back for more Jack. :P

It was a short wait for my order. The food was hot and tasty. I think the hammer lane location is better than the march lane location. The food usually seems fresher for some reason at the hammer lane location. Maybe that is because it is fresher. You be the judge....

Night shift just doesn’t want to work and uses the same excuse every single time. “Our system is down” conveniently at night, but never during the day? I know it resets at 4am cuz I waited a whole hour to get food. But it’s too much of a coincidence that they say the system is down so often at night.

We went inside to order because drive thru takes forever at this place. Well going inside wasn't any better. 5 employees including manager all visibly saw us standing at register nobody came to help us for like 15 minutes. Took another 15 minutes to get our food. 2 people came in behind us and left because it was taking so long. What has happened to customer service. It sure sucks here. Wouldn't recommend this place!

This place might take a long time and drive through in the middle of the night when I do my orders for my work however when I do get stuff from there when I'm getting an order for a customer and I get something for myself The food is really fresh hot and the customer service and drive-thru is very very nice The people then drive through are always nice there's a girl and like two different guys that I deal with over there and they're really nice and I really appreciate it because I have been through a Jack in The box over off of March about a year and a half ago that had to tear up most terrible customer service I've ever seen in my life so this Jack in the box rocks thank my you for being a great part of San Joaquin county

Ordered an extreme sausage breakfast sandwich and a sausage croissant l. They served the croissant on a stale hamburger bun and some hashbrowns that were not even warm. I was the only one there at that time. Both sandwiches were inedible. Won' t order breakfast there again. Plus it was almpst $20! Wth?
