I usually go to Noodle 9 to buy my stir fried noodles to go, but for some reason, the restaurant has been closed the last couple of weeks. The tables and chairs are still there, but alot of objects in the restaurant were knocked over and left on the floor. I'm not sure what happened. I hope they're not permanently closed.

Pho is amazing, the broth is just perfect. Spring rolls are bomb I ask for the shrimp ones without mint. Phone orders are always done by the said time.

Never coming here again.. I found 2 pebbles in my food. Could have broken a tooth. This a terrible way to treat a customer. Beware everyone.

This place is the best spot for some really good food. Everything is always so good and fresh. Ive had the wonton soup and they are very generous unlike other places that give you a few wonton to your broth. The pad thai is amazing and so is the fried rice. Eggrolls are the best in town for sure. Also their Boba drinks are amazing. My go to spot

I was looking for another pho place in Stockton to try, and happened across this restaurant on Yelp. It had good reviews, so I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did.I phoned in an order and decided to try a couple of different things, since their prices were reasonable. I got the: pho (no meat option), curry chicken rice plate, egg rolls & thai tea. My husband picked up the order for me, ans was impressed with the fact that they showed him all of the food prior to leaving. I mean, pretty much no one does that except pizza place. So that was a very nice touch. First of all, I was very excited to see a place that offered a no meat option for pho- I felt seen. haha! Normally, I order a pho tai and just don't eat the meat. So, it was nice to not have to pick around it or discard an element I'd paid for. The broth was VERY flavorful and I enjoyed it. I shared some with my 4 year old and he ate all of his and asked for more. The egg rolls were delicious. Not greasy and the filling had a great flavor. The only thing that would have made it better was having fish sauce to dip into like I normally get from my usual spot, instead of sweet and sour. But definitely no complaints here. They were delicious on their own and don't need anything extra. The curry chicken was only okay to me at first. But since I wasn't able to finish everything, I left it in the fridge overnight and it was GREAT the next day. The flavor soaked in to the chicken a lot more and made every bite great. The thai tea was good, not bitter nor having any unpleasant aftertaste. I am so glad to have found this place right near home! I will definitely be back, as this has probably become my new favorite pho spot.

Noodle #9 honestly exceeded my expectations. I normally get my wife flowers at the shop next door so I decided to stop in there while he finished my order. It was pretty empty so I was a little hesitant, but boy was I wrong. The egg rolls were delicious and so was the Pho. I got the rare steak with beef balls like I usually do anywhere and it was awesome. I judge pho restaurants based on the Thai tea which is one of my favorite drinks, and theirs was definitely delicious. Great customer service and I made sure to tip. Will be returning in the future!

Best spring rolls I've had since Le Kims. Nicest people running the restaurant and the portions are huge!
I was on a delivery route in Stockton and was in need for a bathroom and something cold to drink.. after stopping by multiple stores and being denied the use of a bathroom, I finally came across noodle #9 . .. right away I was shown the restrooms and was able to enjoy a nice cold drink before heading back on the road... I will definitely be going back for my lunch break next time I'm in the area. I cant wait actually. I've already been looking at the menus and I will have to try quite a few items. They all look so good!!! Thanks again for your kindness!

I was NOT a fan of this food. The reviews over hype them. My kids didn't finish their simple dish of noodles and chicken cause it was a gooey consistency. I did it even want to finish it for them. And I'm not one to leave food behind but, I made an exception for this place. I had to add a lot of things to get any flavor. Not going back
