We don't often go to Outback Steakhouse and I am not sure why. I guess I just don't think about it, but we went 2 days ago and it was really pretty good. I had the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The potatoes are from a box (or similar) and I had regretted not getting a baked potato. Next time. Had to ask to be seated, and to get utensils. After waiting for the hostess to come out from wherever she was, her attitude was like we were not even there. The waitress was very good and attended to our needs professionally.

We brought relatives from out of town to eat here. We had a lovely smorgasbord of dinner entrées. Everyone was full and everyone was pleased with the quality of the food. The service was slow only because our server was over booked. She was wonderful. Outback did you have a shortage of servers that night? Thanks for continuing to provide quality food.
