The Ruben is a wonderfully uncomplicated creation, TOGOS version is a wonderful spin off. The Pastrami is really nice, tender, just the right amount of salty bite. There Thousand Island dressing has a great tang and doesn't compete with the taste, saltiness, tang or soft crunch of the Sauerkraut. In a word, MMMM!
