Their food here is NOT edible at all. Expired product , flies everywhere. No A/C. Desserts are store bought. Owners are very unprofessional. Smoothies are made with syrup and ice. I do not recommend.

My aunt had her birthday celebration here and it was amazing. The buffet food was excellent. You will definitely have more than one plate here. The servers were beyond friendly and attentive. The ambience was great and the live band was the cherry on top.

Toot Sweets Bakery Café is my favorite place to go. The Sunday Jazz Brunch is amazing every time I go. From the atmosphere to the beautiful buffet. The new owners are doing a great job. The Homemade cinnamon rolls are addictive. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Stockton Ca. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in Stockton Ca.Thank youAbsolutely love this place ?

This place is disgusting. I just went there since I haven't been there in forever. First off the service took forever. We waited 20 minutes just for a coffee. The girl was too busy talking to someone. Then my coffee was so gross. It was mostly oat milk, couldn't even taste the coffee and my mom got a hot chai tea that was extremely cold. We also ordered quiche and waited another 20 minutes for that and once we got it it was disgusting. The crust was so hard I couldn't even chew it. I tapped it on the plate to show how loud it was. The filling was fine but I had to pick around it. To top things off they made us pay with a card saying they had no change to take money. The food is definitely old and has been sitting there you could tell. Do not come here. Save your money. It's way too pricey to have old food. This doesn't even deserve one star. The customer service is awful too. Go somewhere else!

I'm surprised this place is still open. I've been going there for years and always considered Toot Sweets to be the benchmark in bakery/ cafes. That is until the change in ownership. At first I thought their ideas were great. A much needed facelift was completed and additions to the menu complimented what they were trying to do but then the wheels fell off. It's like the new owners just completely lost interest. I doubt any of their pastries are still made on site. Most look like they've been purchased at S-Mart. It got to a point where every time I walked in there was an entirely new staff or lack of staff. It's a shame they took an institution and drove it into the ground.

The best thing about this place is the friendly staff, however, the food is just so bad it's not worth coming back. The sweets all looked store bought, and not nice store bought, like gas station pastries that are left out for days. We arrived for the Mother's Day brunch. The brunch food was nearly empty, but staff said it was going to be refilled. 45-1 hr min later only sausages were refilled and some desserts which were not good at all. It all was like bad cafeteria food. We ended up leaving and wasting $80.

Where to start I seen a whole bunch of pictures on the Internet it looks like a really good spot. When I went in there it was bone dry. There wasn’t a lot of variety but I still bought stuff anyways. As soon as my husband bit into his cinnamon roll there was a long piece of hair. Then I tried mine and they were really dry and no flavor. I do not recommend any of the sweets. The cashier was the best. As for the food I have no idea I’m only talking about the sweet treats. Hope this helps.

It may have been an off day but this was terrible, service took forever, everyone's order was incorrect. They left things off that were included items, sold the last cookies we already paid for to others as they were getting our order ready. My sandwich alone had no mayo or mustard, the roast beef was two small clumps, and the extra tomato I asked for was one small salad cut chunky tomato, on one half the sandwich, basically it was a pretty strong impression to never go back and warn others of the same.

I've been coming here for my whole life and this was the first time I was actually disappointed. Haven't been there in a while, might as well go. I went in, saw there was new workers but I didn't really care, I was just hungry. I ordered a slice of quiche lorraine. It was... different from what I was used to. The crust wasn't cooked all the way and there was too much cheese. No taste of egg, bacon, just cheese. I love cheese but this tasted like I ate a spoon full of nacho cheese or something similar to that. I'm not gonna test my luck next time so I'll just order something different. Hopefully my next visit is better.

Was a regular stop for me for years in Stockton and was never disappointed. Last three trips I have had super slow service today even though I was the only there it took almost and an hour to for two roast beef sandwiches and two slices of quiche. Haven't seen a pie in all three trips only a few selections at 3pm. Found out they are new owners, hate to say it but won't be going back after over 20 years. You can get better sandwiches at SmartFoods next door which is sad to say.

I've lived in Stockton for 20 plus years and driven by this spot hundreds of times. I need a local coffee spot so I had Moms meet me here. What a gem! The staff was very courteous. The ambience is great and the prices are great. The mocha and cinnamon rolls were on point. They also have entertainment! I'll be back again.

So be aware, they don't accept debit cards. I won't return. I used to come regularly when Alex Spanos came here almost daily, But no more...

I was extremely disappointed with my last visit! We have been coming here for years from Tracy to get the executive chef salad. I ordered seven of them on Tuesday. When I got home I opened them up and there was maybe a quarter of the toppings that there used to be. There were no croutons no chicken no beans which is stated on the description. They used to put chunks of meat and cheese. There was barely a sprinkle of cheese and barely any meat. Instead of leaving a poor yelp review I called them and they said that the owner would call me the next day which never happened. We are really bummed because we loved the salad. I basically spent $100 on lettuce and carrots. I heard there are new owners and they are clearly skimping. We will not be going back.
