They don't have counter service anymore. The gal at the counter was directing people to use the new kiosk and order for themselves but not offering to show anyone how to do it. I'm pretty computer savvy and still had trouble navigating the system. After placing my order, which probably took 2 or 3 minutes longer than it should have, I saw that at least half a dozen people came in, got frustrated, and left. It's really not a great experience.
We went through the drive thru, ordered a sandwich, fries and a frosty. I'm glad I looked in the bag before driving away, because they didn't give us any napkins and no spoon or straw for the frosty! The food was good.

The cashier was awesome! Very friendly & personable. Helpful & professional. The food was less than satisfying. That being said, I have a real pet peeve about places that use what I consider "garbage lettuce" on their sandwiches & burgers. You know the stuff, that hard, inedible piece.
