Ordered two hours ahead of time for a work meeting and scheduled the delivery at a specific time- the delivery is running 20 minutes past the scheduled time so I call and call and call and no one is answering. If you hear the phone ring, wouldn't the ideal thing to do is pick it up? Absolutely disappointed with the poor service here.

There's hasn't been one delivery that arrived on time.We wait at least 1 and a half hours. When we call they always say- we only have 1 driver.I just want to get my pizze hot, why do I need to wait an hour an a half and get a cold pizze???Because the driver has many stops?? Get more drivers!This has been the 3rd time we gave them a chance- same thing everytime. Horrible branch. Do not order.

Ordered online then went to the store to argue with a person who speaks no English because he couldn't find my order...which he just made.Took about 15 minutes before he found my pizza which was right in front of him.He was first prepared to give me someone else's order then just gave up and wasn't going to return my money.Worse people.Worse ingredients.Papa Johns.

Nasty store. Rude employees. And above all the pizza was the nastiest pizza I have had in 70 yrs of life. Pizza is about my favorite food. I would never recommend papa johns to my most hated human. Not really pizza.

Ordered the work pizza. It was delivered uncooked! No one could eat it. I called them, after so many attempts to get rid of me I got to talk to the manager (Brian) he gave me a 20 $ store credit. Next time that I called to order I asked about the credit they said there’s no such thing in their file!!!! It’s not about money. I’m papa John ‘s costumer for years. I wasn’t expecting this!!!!!

I haven't ordered from this place in a couple of years due to bad service. The service and delivery were good. The pizza was so bad and tasted like rubber, hardly any toppings. This was the worst pizza that I had ever had and was unable to finish. Never again

Ordered via GrubHub. Pizzas were not cooked to order. One was totally undercooked and the other was overcooked and dry. I blame the poor condition of the pizzas (crumpled into corners of the boxes) on the driver and reported it accordingly. Never had a bad pizza from Papa John's before so I was really disappointed in the quality.

The food was good tasting but I ordered extra anchovies and it actually looked like a light anchovies. When I received the text it was ready, it wasn't ready yet. Customer service was not great. I posted a picture of the last 3 slices, does it look like extra anchovies to you? Or are my expectations too high?
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They will not put toppings on them AT ALL. Anything you order, you will get cheese pizza anyway. Rude store manager and phone calls are not answered.

We try to support the local businesses all the time and unfortunately after seeing this, I can't see myself ordering from here again. I am so embarrassed that my guests had to see this. Why would there be a green plastic mesh/netting in the pizza dough? Is there no quality control? I understand it's not a gourmet and fancy restaurant but if you are making food, your kitchen needs to be in order and some quality control by the employees. We all lost our appetite.

Super BAD, they don’t put toppings on a pizza, always late, and almost NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES. Avoid doing business with this store and their corporate office is a joke factory. Any concerns, forget about it, no help whatsoever
