I really like this El Pollo location in Sunnyvale. They are always so willing to help you out with an order when things don't go right. Today, Petra helped me with an online order that she took the initiative to ask her District Manager for approval on an adjustment. Most places just say sorry and move on. It's probably the healthiest fast food you can get that doesn't break the bank. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well kept. Food is fresh and hot. The food isn't winning any awards for being the best I've ever eating but no fast food joint is. All in all I have zero complaints when visiting here and will again in the future. Tonight's visit was particularly good, and the closing staff deserves the kudos for our experience.

I can't speak to the dine in atmosphere but the food is always hot and satisfying when I order take out. The Double Chicken Torta bowl is my favorite and the cilantro ranch takes it the extra mile.
