“Interesting Chinese restaurant. Been there twice. A large selection of dishes - some very tasty, some for everyone. The portions are large (as was noted, many take two dishes for three), the price category is average, the staff is wonderful - friendly and helpful. The restaurant is quite clean. The only thing that didn't please me was the toilet. I wish it was cleaner there. You can take food to go. I was pleased that they thoughtfully provided you with napkins, cutlery, and even fortune cookies.“
“There has been nothing in the menu we do not like. The best appetizer is the roti with chicken curry. The Curry is a non spicy coconut milk curry. The best salad is the green tea salad. It has a slight kick even if you drop the jalapeños. The best soup is the samosa soup. For entries there are lots of good options, but I like the fiery dishes. They are sweet and spicy.Think of Burmese food as Indian, Thai, and Chinese fusion. If you like any of those cuisines you can find something you would enjoy on the menu.“
“Ordered Thai ice tea, yellow curry and pad kee mau and both were absolutely delicious. This is my 8th or more time coming here and this place beats the best Thai restaurants in the Bay Area. Family owned business and they keep the food bar high. Highly recommended!“
“Every time I come to this place and every time I forget to write a review). The restaurant is very clean, the staff is kind and courteous, the portions are large, the food is quite tasty, the price category is above average. I am attaching the menu and photos of the dishes.“
“If I could give this place six stars, I would! My experience at Noodle Talk was nothing short of exceptional. Their dishes are exceptional – perfectly cooked and bursting with authentic flavors. The menu offers a variety of options, and the rice noodles are a must-try. Cooked to perfection, each strand had the ideal texture, neither too soft nor too chewy. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff make dining here a delight. If you're craving delicious Chinese rice noodles, this is the place to be!“
“Enjoyed this Japanese Izakaya very much. Super fresh delicious seafood, authentic flavors, friendly service. A great place to hang out with friends. Their rice bowls are top-notch delicious. The sashimi set is great value for money with massive pieces of fresh fish. We also ordered a okonomiyaki sampler platter with all 4 flavors to share which was great.“
“I've never tried okonomiyaki so I wanted to try this place out. This place is in a restaurant called Rokko so it almost made us miss the place when driving by since the outside sign only displays Rokko. The menu had lots of options to choose from as it's 2 restaurants in one: Rokko and Fugetsu. Shrimp & Veggie Tempura: 4.5/5A great variety of shrimp and assorted veggies! Very generous and included 4 shrimp tempura. Very fresh and crispy. Okonomiyaki Sampler: 3.5/54 mini okonomiyaki which includes Ebi mayo, Negi-tsukimi pork and Gyusuki negitama, and Cheese. The shredded cabbage base sort of reminds me of hash browns. Wish we got the noodle version AKA modanyaki!Service was amazing, our server was so friendly and was constantly checking up on our table! I'll come back to try the modanyaki next time! Check this place out if you want to try okonomiyaki!“
“I'm from out of town and came back after a few years' absence, and this place still did not disappoint. Besides fantastic dim sum, we ordered a few dishes off the regular menu which were excellent. For dim sum, I'd especially recommend the baked bbq buns.“
“We've been here many times over the years and the food, wine and service has always been really good!I recently found out that Pezzella's makes a Parisian burger which originated at Linda's Drive-in which was in Mountain View from 1956 - 1985. Linda's was famous for its Parisian burger & super fries (tater tots). Well, I ate a lot of Parisian burgers in my younger days and they were addicting. So recently I got a Parisian burger with tater tots to go that I took home to eat. The Parisian burger was big and delicious. It brought back memories of eating at Linda's. I could barely finish the burger and tater tots and I wasn't hungry for a long time afterwards. Great job with the Parisian burger Pezzella's.Valary who I met was really nice and we had a nice brief conversation.Last Saturday we had a really delicious dinner. We started with the fried artichoke hearts which were really good! Then an order of garlic bread. The breaded Veal Parmigiana, tomato sauce & mozzarella cheese was delicious due to the cut and quality of the meat which made it so tender..the tomato sauce was delicious as well. They have several veal dishes and are done old school, usually served with a side of pasta and a side of veggies. The Linguine with chopped clams in butter, garlic & white wine was also delicious. The wine was also very good and our server George was excellent!Valary was also working again and she's really nice!“
“Definitely a surprise to find such a great Chinese restaurant attached to a Ramada Inn! I lived and traveled all over China for 2 years and I was pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic Chinese dining experience this side of the Pacific and buried in the suburbs! I learned a bit more about its history while there; turns out that the restaurant leased out the space after the Ramada restaurant closed and has been around since!I honestly can't fault the restaurant on anything! The food was fabulous and very representative of a delicious Cantonese dining experience. The classic round tables had me right back at home in Shanghai and Suzhou and the cuisine reminded me of so many late nights out with friends in Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Every dish we ate was part of a Lunar New Year's fixed menu and perfectly captured the holiday spirit. My only disappointment was that it wasn't my personal favorite of the wide diversity of Chinese cuisines, but that is splitting hairs and I can't put that on the restaurant, haha. They executed their meal and regional cuisine flawlessly and every bite was juicy and delicious! If you are looking for an authentic Chinese food experience, I highly recommend making it out to Sifu Wong Kitchen. Since I ordered the fixed menu for Lunar New Year, I can't attest to the typical menu per se, but I will definitely be coming back. I might need to keep an eye on the prices though, cause the holiday meal was a bit on the pricey side.“
“Wow this small restaurant impressed me first of all my wife and I really liked using the screen they have outside where we can order our own food and it goes straight to their kitchen the cook and the lady that where there where both really nice and gave us all that we requested to go along with our fish and chips and shrimp fried rice and chicken chowmain. My wife mix the rice and the chowmain together and the food was already really good but mixing them together was even better! We got the fish and chips for our son we are not home yet but I'm sure once he taste it he will really love it as well thank you to the 2 people working this night we will forsure be coming back very soon hopefully tomorrow lol“
“Really enjoyed the dinning experience here, the environment is quiet, the food is great, and I had quite a pleasant chat with the owner Steve. The quality of the food is top notch, especially the uni which is the best kind on the Japanese market. And Steve's special sauces, fresh veggies and real wasabi really brought out an unique and surprising taste to the fish, which could be a bit bland just by itself. The caviar is great on its own, but together with uni, it really gives you that WOW factor. Also the wagyu is just amazing, it really just melts in your mouth! And the most important thing, you have to try the mochi there, the freshness and sweetness really help you wake right up after the protein feast earlier lol.The owner really knows his stuff, from food to Bay Area life, he knows it all after having the restaurant here for almost 30 years. If you want, you can have conversations with him the whole time, it never gets boring.Overall 10/10 place, would recommend to anyone wanting something new from just the usual soy sauce and 'fake' wasabi Japanese restaurants.“
“After came home from London, I started to have some craving about fish and chips, searched for one near work in Sunnyvale and found this little place hiding in a corner of a shopping center.Went there for lunch and the place was empty on a Thursday, I think most people take out instead of eating in. I ordered a 2 piece for $14, and eat in because I wanted them hot and crispy. The order was made to order and they came out quite hot and crispy both fish and chips. They’re so good, no fishy smell, the fish was so white and tasty with vinegar and tartar sauce. Enjoy every bite just like fish and chips in London. The only thing that fell short is the chips. They’re crispy but not as rich and tasty as real fresh potato fries.Anyhow, it hit the spot and I liked it. Will come back here whenever I have a crave for fish and chips, glad it’s not too far from work.“
“A friend suggested we meet up so I suggested dim sum and he immediately said we should go to Saigon Seafood Harbor Restaurant. He suggested we get there at 11 AM because there's usually a huge line. Fortunately we only had to wait less than 10 minutes to get a table for four. After being seated I immediately appreciated that this place still uses dim sum carts ?. Almost all of the other dim sum places have you order on paper which is more efficient but takes a little bit away from the experience. The dim sum was good though honestly I am not very discriminating about dim sum. We ordered the typical, Siu Mai ?, Steamed Pork Ribs , Shrimp Dumplings ?, Stuffed Eggplant ?, Fried Sesame Balls ⚽️, etc.One thing that surprised me about this place was we were never hurried. I think we were there for ninety minutes. ⏳“
“Indulge in an exquisite journey of Indian Speciality cuisine at this remarkable restaurant, where seafood takes center stage unlike anywhere else in the Bay Area. Each dish is meticulously crafted with a symphony of aromatic spices, delivering unparalleled flavors that tantalize the senses. What truly sets this establishment apart is the genuine care and attention from the owners, who personally engage with every patron, eagerly gathering feedback and ensuring each diner's needs are met with utmost satisfaction. The selection of fish here is nothing short of exceptional, bursting with distinct flavors that redefine seafood dining experiences. If only I could award six stars, I would without hesitation. Here's to hoping this gem expands its footprint across the country, sharing its unparalleled cuisine with countless more food enthusiasts.“
