I place online order for the #3 the monster and oven roasted turkey & ham. After I picked it up and back home, found out in the Monster, there is no bacon at all and only two slice of steak, I didn’t add any cheese but there is cheese inside. It isn’t what I ordered at all. For one roasted turkey & ham, only 3slice turkey and 1slice ham, which is absolutely not normal. Also when I picked up, the guy in the store thrower away my receipt in purpose. Should have read the reviews before coming - they did not take the coupon I got in mail. Coupon did say participating store only to be fair, but I am disappointed to not get a coupon deal.

Subway sends out coupons, and then some locations in the area won't accept them. That wouldn't be the worst in its self, but some of them basically lie and say they'll take them until you're at the register, and then they'll charge you full price anyway. They do this here and so does the one at 3155 Mission College Blvd. Just say you don't honor promotions and be honest about it.
