I was so impressed by the level of service we received from our waitress and additional staff today. To start, the lady who sat us at our table offered to turn down the music when I asked about getting seated elsewhere due to how loud it was. She wasn't annoyed at all and turned it down to the perfect volume for the atmosphere. Secondly, our waitress was fantastic. This review is for the Temecula branch location.Ordered me the fajitas trio, when I got it, the steak fajita is very tough, the chicken does not have enough char and flavor, and the shrimp are small. The guacamole was not prepared right, it was half of unruled and hard avocado that can't be scooped or sliced. Very disappointing. This gets a 2.5 stars. Stopped by for lunch. The only thing better than my great burger was our server Renee. She is awesome. My drink was never empty and she gave me one to go. I really enjoyed my old time burger. Tasted more like a steak burger. Fries were perfect as well. It was my first time at this Chilis and I will return when I'm back in Temecula. Thanks Renee!!
