I live in OC and this location is so much better than at home. I was craving some nitrogen ice cream and this place really hit the spot. Got my usual, a strawberry dairy based ice cream with extra fresh strawberries mixed in. Normally, the ice cream is clumpy with have maybe 2 small morsels of strawberries BUT THIS ONE was smooth and packed with so much fruit!! The service was very nice and wait time was not bad at all for made-to-order ice cream. I'm definitely coming back again and highly recommend. Support family-owned businesses!!

Normally I love this place but not tonight. I got off a long 13 hr shift to just make it in time to get my favorite ice cream. It was 8:40pm (they close at 9) the girl was nice but the young man was extremely rude. I said large element no whip, he gave me a small element with whip. I kindly said oh no shoot I said a large, he looked at me and ignored me. I said it again, again he ignored me. I gave up. It's rude to not acknowledge a customer when they are talking to you and not even offer to fix my order just because you want to close and go home. Very disappointed

The ice cream is good. But I I have been here a few times and the bathroom is always dirty. It's really upsetting that they charge so high on ice cream but can't afford to pay someone to clean regularly or have someone do it themselves. My daughter had to use the restroom and I just told her to hold it im because there were hairs on the seat. The place has really been looking more and more run down recently, I'm not sure if there's new management? Notice the light switch, with many viruses going around I don't understand why they're not on top of their cleaning.

Need to have employees wear company shirts not shirts they chose. Johnny Cash flipping you off on one girl and another with satanic star is not very professional or inviting for a place that serves ice cream to kids.

The liquid nitrogen ice cream at Creamistry is so delicious! My boyfriend and I ordered one regular scoop with fruity pebbles and another with taro topped with cheesecake bites. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick dessert. The creamistry that we went to is located right across the promenade mall so it was easily accessible.

I am extremely disappointed. We came here at 8:45 on a Friday night for my husband's birthday. We can't do dairy so this is our go to. Upon walking in with our two kids they told us they were closed when online it says 9pm & there were 6 other people still in the place that looked like they just ordered. Our two kids started bawling because they wanted ice cream and we told them that's what we were going to get and now couldn't get any. The girls who worked there literally just looked at us like "whatever" absolutely horrible customer service and extremely disappointed. We used to love coming here, but our experience has changed for the worst.

There is dirt everywhere I am surprised they haven't been reprimanded. The walls are nears brown from all the dirt at the bottom, floors are covered in layers of dust dirt leaves and stains from ice cream. The container they have spoons for customers in is also lined in dirt. The employees are so rude, they clearly have an attitude of they don't want to be there and roll their eyes when customers arrive. Sizing in ic creams also changed, used to get 3-4 scoops in a large cup for the creations with lots of toppings through the entire container fully compacted. Now it's 2 scoops with maybe a sprinkle of toppings on top.
I made the drive here based off of the recently updated business hours. I arrived at 7:50pm - 1 hour and 10 minutes before the stated 9:00pm close time. As I walked up to the door and seen the customers being served, a young lady from the staff seen me approaching and rudely changed the sign from “Open” to “Closed” and then continued to look around like she didn’t see me. If I had known I would’ve been treated like that I wouldn’t have made the drive in the first place. Despite the rude staff, the business should at least update their hours when they change them so no one wastes a drive for an evening treat to a closed store.

Thee best boba I've ever had!!!!! It was so creamy! I like that it was non dairy as well. I ordered the taro no boba. They have both dairy, and various non dairy vegan options for ice cream with fun flavors. I want to come back and try the mangonada, birthday cake, and mint chocolate Oreo. In addition to rich creamy dairy they custom create your ice cream offering coconut, cashew, almond or sorbets. I just wish I had requested might ice I had an hour and a half drive in the heat and the taro was less creamy towards the end. Also, the cashier was so sweet!

Purchased a $50 gift card on 12/20/2021. The staff had difficulty loading it and ran several cards through the machine. Staff tried to get me to pay again until I showed her on my phone that the charge went through. The next day I was giving the gift card as a gift and checked the balance because I had a bad feeling that something was wrong. Per the "synergy" gift card service website they were victims of malware. On 12/24/2021 I was able to check the balance and there was ZERO on it. I went back to the shop and after being there for 20 minutes and the girl talking to a manager on the phone they told me there was nothing they can do and to call synergy which I did and no one has gotten back to me there were multiple other issues that are way too long to explain but bottom line is I got charged $50 for absolutely nothing except time and effort on my part.
