I wish I could give Hummus Republic way more stars. They have 6 different humus flavors that are so delicious. My favorite is the falafel on pita, I get almost all of the toppings and my stomach feels sooo happy after. It's not very often I can go out to eat because of digestive issues. I love this place. The blonde woman is so kind but most of the staff are.

Delicious. Husband had surprised me with a vegan burger and sweet potato fries. Can't remember the toppings or dressings he picked but it was excellent. I came back for a quick dinner and chose a bowl with chickpeas, spinach, spicy hummus, white cabbage, carrot mix and chick peas croutons, with garlic dressing and the jalapeño sauce. Amazing food, kick a** vegetarian options. My friend really liked the lemon chicken wrap. Everything has a homemade feel, with attention to quality ingredients. The lady working , I think her name was Chra, was so kind and helpful, as was the gentleman working, who seemed to be the manager? Either way, worth trying if you find yourself in the mall. Great service, best veggie options around.
