Oh my goodness! What a pleasure it was to visit Outback in Temecula CA on Winchester Rd. Our server and bartender was Eric and he is the epitome of of great customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and respectful. These qualities are rare in any customer service related business. The food was superb, hands down. The lunch portion was was the perfect amount, flaunting every delicious seasoning used. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. You will enjoy every sip and every bite!

Located on the corner of Winchester Rd and Roripaugh Rd. We were craving a good, appetizing steak for dinner, so Outback it was.We've been coming to this location for years. The restaurant is always clean and organized with friendly and welcoming staff. I had their 'Outback Center-Cut Sirloin with a side of Mashed Potatoes and Broccoli & Cheese'. My food was cooked to perfection, tasted amazing, fresh ingredients, and had good presentation.Our server was very nice and had such a great attitude, but we did have to remind her multiple times of items we ordered. Also, I always check that my bill is correct prior to payment. But I failed this time and when we got home, I noticed extra items on my bill (such as an extra soda & side). But overall, we had a good experience as usual and enjoyed our dinner.

Came to have a good family lunch, we ordered chicken wings, and they brought us wings with feathers. Uhhh why would they serve this to us?? My steak was cold, my son's steak was like rubber. Well this is our last time here. I perfer a hot mean and no feathers in my hot wings.

I've been here twice in the past month - I must say, whatever they do to that wedge salad, it's delicious every time. I've never frequented Outback although I've always thought the food was decent and really enjoy the warm pumpernickel bread (complimentary) they serve you. The food is good - it's what you would expect, nothing extraordinary but decent. What I'd like to highlight is the great service I received over my last two visits - I always expect someone to do their job but consistency is great. Both Jake and Kiele were just that, consistent. I appreciate that they provided excellent service to all of their customers during each visit and they were timely, professional, and extremely friendly. A little goes a long way!
We went around 1:30pm and the service was terrible. Our waiter had a nice friendly personality but Geo was like the only person working. It was fairly crowded and no where near enough staff. The Blooming Onion was burnt to a crisp. The French Onion Soup was not edible, the cheese tasted rancid. The told a server, not ours and she couldn't understand. They did take it off our check but it took a good 20 minutes for them to return with the check. We usually have a good experience but yesterday it was not.

The prime rib, we ordered was tough, hard to eat. One rare, one medium, I think they served us soy sauce, instead of au jus, ? Very salty,. Couldn't use much of it. The horseradish looking sauce, was watery and sandy tasting, couldn't eat much of it, also a garlic like substance, tasted like sour kraut.? Not going back anytime soon. Sorry..

So I have to be completely honest with you. This is my favorite place to get blooming onions. Not many restaurants serve them and it kills me that more steak restaurants don’t offer this great appetizers. This is specifically why I come to this steak out. Besides the blooming onions they do have quite a good menu and many options to choose from including soups, salads, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, steaks, pasta, sea food, tasty adult beverages and great desserts. I only gave a 4 star because both the French onion soup and the baked potato soup was a little salty. Besides, the food the customer service is good and the staff do try to make sure you have what you need. I have noticed that they are a little slow to check in, but at least they do. As far as the cleanliness, it is fairly clean. I would like to point out those is cleaning the lights above the tables, as those have collected a bunch of dust. A little cleaner and some towels would do miracles. Hate for fuzz to fall off in someone’s plate and cost this great establishment money. All in all, I really truly like coming. Toenjoy a meal and to kick my feet up with my family to relax and enjoy my family and not having to cook and clean after a long day.

We went on a Sunday afternoon the service was ok but the food was terrible. My wife asked for a med well steak and was served a bloody raw steak. I ordered the Coconut shrimp which was served to me with 6 the normal size and 2 tiny ones. The shrimp was cold and greasy. We sent back the steak but it was still the same when we got it back. Today we are both sick with stomach issues. I've tried calling to speak to the manager 3 times but no answer.
