Came in for dinner, after reading the great reviews. Yelp says they close at nine we got there at 7:15. The waiter came up, asked what we would like to drink. We ordered our drinks and we ordered appetizers, when we ordered the appetizers, they tell us we're closing at 7:30 or eight in a few minutes, we were totally rushed and when we said yelp says they close at nine they said they have changed their hours which is fine. But did not appreciate being rushed to order appetizers then we had our soup. We didn't even finish the soup and all the food was on the table then they brought us the check and to go containers. Totally rude Probably will not be going back used to be the best Chinese food and Temecula but I don't believe it's the same anymore.

I have been going to Peony's since I was little. Every time I visit home, my friends k ow this is where I have to eat before going back to Orange County. I have suggested it to people from out of town and they just don't get it. It's nostalgic and I crave it. Tonight I called in my order for Vegetable Chow Mein and was told it was going to take 10 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes later and it was ready and waiting for me. Great good and great service

This is my favorite restaurant to go to for Chinese when I’m in Temecula. The portions are huge and the service fast and friendly. I always get the chicken curry, no bell peppers and sub broccoli and my beau always gets the house chicken with brown rice. We love taking the leftovers home because it’s an additional 2-3 meals for lunch or dinner! So delicious!

Can't believe I've never been here before as a local. Excellent food, service. Love the egg drop soup as a starter and the little salad they give you with your entree. Everything was fresh and delicious

When we arrived we were greeted very warmly. After noticing that the restaurant had changed owners we were a little concerned. That all left when the food was presented to us. The flavor was outstanding! The meats and vegetables were cooked to perfection and the deep fried prawns were the best alongbwith the dipping sauce. The service was fantastic and the added touch of orange infused water sets you apart. Thank you for a wonderful meal we will tell everyone.
