We ordered a fish sandwich and the popcorn shrimp. The fish sandwich was yucky. The biscuit with the popcorn shrimp wasn't all that great either. But the popcorn shrimp and the sauce was really good. We didn't go in so do not have anything else to add.

Extremely disappointed. Waited over 25 minutes after placing order via drive-thru - wound up having to go into the building to get the order. When I arrived home the 8 biscuits and the large fries were not in the bags. Couldn't go back so I tried to call the listed number but did not get an answer. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!

Ordered online the 8 piece chicken dish which showed a picture depicting 2 thighs, 2 drum sticks, 2 wings and 2 breast but what was in the box were 4 breast and 4 wings. This was the basic bait and switch.We enjoy the leg and thigh better than the breast so we were very upset.

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. They are initially ehhh but whatever…but at the window the service was WILD!The girl was so rude at the window, and I even heard the staff in the back yelling “oh my god!” Like my order ruined their lives or something. Saw the manager being present for all this and seemed unbothered. Well, I’m very bothered. I will never go back to this Popeyes. This visit was 12/18 at 6:30pm.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. The Ghost Chicken I ordered was completely dried up and not fresh at all. The lack of quality and taste left me feeling unsatisfied. I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible service, ordered on app, and notified meal was being prepared. Arrived 10 minutes later, and nothing was started. Workers didn't care and ignored most guests waiting at the counter. They had run out of biscuits and just substituted the strawberry biscuits instead and only told us after we started to check our order before leaving. Manager walking around simply ignoring everyone. I should have known gonna be bad when two men were walking out when I arrived loudly saying how terrible service was and they were going somewhere else to eat. Chicken and sides were good once we got them. Hope they improve, I like the chicken.

So I went to the drive through last night around 5:30 PM, ordered a family meal ALL dark meat, which was never a problem before, and then I was told they cant do that since it will mess up their ticketing. I was very surprised that their outdoor menu displays were not working and their was a sign that they do not have utensils as well. This place has really gone down the tubes and the employees of this facility need to go through customer service training.
