No oysters, no muscles. The food was a bit cold. Unfortunately, Red lobster isn't what it used to be or at least for this location. Not worth the money.

A terrible experience. They were out of several items ordered but they don't tell you until after they bring out the meals. Then you're ordering substitutions while the rest of those meals are getting cold and in one case they were out of the main item so that person ordered something else that didn't arrive to table until others in the party were finished with their meals. Complete lack of leadership.

When we arrived there was adequate parking. It appeared there were open tables but about 20 people waiting. We had a 45 min wait for 2 people.It took a while to place our orders. The wait for food was a tad longer than average.The service was nice. I believe there was a server shortage.I ordered a pair of Lobster Tails, salad and baked potato. The Lobster was not cooked through on the one I ate. The salad was huge. There's a $2,99 charge.I think I probably will not return to Red Lobster. If I do, I probably will order from a simple fish lunch.My friend was very disappointed in her meal. It was a piece of Lobster and battered variety of things. The crisp batter was far too thick and she didn't enjoy it.There was no alcohol with our meals and it was expensive for old ladies budgets. Thankfully I had a $50 gift certificate abd my total bill, including $14 tip was $86., for me. My friend's bill was $36. No alcohol or desert.Parking: Today, Sunday, about 2:30 p I was pleased to get a handicap spot near the door. Typically I have to walk far to the door.

Arrived at 7:23pm and told there was an hour wait. Me and my family waited inside our car an hour and never recieved a txt message to be seated so my husband went inside to inquire. Around 8:30 we were finally seated and it took about 15 additional minutes for a waitress to come and get our drink order. We waited another 15 minutes and realized we didn't get offered any biscuits we had just been sitting and waiting. When I waitress finally came back, she brought 2 biscuits for a family of 4 and glasses of water. We left, and would never return to this establishment.

Every time I go to this Red Lobster the service is horrible. I work around the corner and it’s convenient for me to go to this location however, every time I go to employees are miserable and unfriendly. Today took the cake though. When I got there, the hostess wouldn’t even look at me after I had been waiting five minutes for some help. I finally just left and went to Bluewater Grill instead and I do not regret it. The service is so much better and the food is really good too. I won’t be returning to this red lobster as they are miserable and it’s apparent that they do not want customers.

Pretty bad…Been a while since I have visited this Red Lobster in Temecula California. Well I guess I answered my own question why did I give them another chance.Took mom for special dinner, restaurant was FILTHY! Push vacuums laying in the isles and the Kitchen was in pathetic mode.Mom loves the shrimp so got her the ultimate unlimited shrimp. But was only one serving. After the 45min wait on the initial plate I went ahead and ordered her two more side, she finished and 30 minuets later still nothing. The waitress came out and said did they bring the shrimp dishes? No… let me go check. She came back and stated “well I put the order in they are just not there, I re-put the order in and asked them to rush it” (so quantity over quality… nice) 30 min. later…. Still nothing “oh someone must be taking the dishes themselves” End of story there.My surf and turf lobster plate was pretty non-quality either, medium steak was raw… RAW. And the lobster tail, was about the size of a medium shrimp! And not cooked.The waitress was ok but service was.. not slow it was not at all and full of excuses.Shut down this Red Lobster, just filthy and false claims. Did NOT get what the menu promised yetNot management was available to address the situations. Just pathetic.

Went for lunch. Long wait, so aye at the bar. Great personal service. Steak and lobster special was excellent. Cooked as ordered. The Salmon bowl was excellent. Would have both dishes again.

They told us we had a 30-minute wait. About 30 open tables.Service was very slow, 30 minutes to get our meal.The food was good, and the prices were fair.They were extremely understaffed.Someone dropped a drink on the carpet, and it took over 15 minutes for someone to clean the trip hazard.They had 3 Tv's over the bar to watch the game.

Food was good I had take out that took one hour and fifteen minutes they said it would be twenty-five when I ordered. I should have been offered something for double the wait period all I wanted at that time was my double order of steak and lobster.
