The event brought the community together to support a great cause while savoring the scrumptious Crispy Fish Sandwich. ??A round of applause to Red Robin and the generous patrons who made it all possible. Delicious. Everytime I go there the burger is cooked beautifully and tastes heavenly. ?
Told us it would be a 20-30 minutes wait to be seated. They took our name and number. We told them we would sit outside right infront, since they had people sitting on the chairs. Why was there 4 parties greater than 5 get seated before us. We thought maybe they had already put their names down and was waiting just like us. NOPE. They said that they had called the number, which I NEVER recieved a call during our cold wait outside. It was my daughter's birthday and she said she was not in the mood anymore to eat. I will not be coming back to this establishment just be uase of the Host/Hostesses act of LAZINESS of not calling us especially knowing we was sitting right outside INFRONT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT!

Stick with the burgers. They are good. Stay away from the salads. Rubbery chicken and stale lettuce. Manager replaced the chicken but the rest just wasn't good. Service good manager good.
My recent experience at this establishment was not a good one. I was brought to a sticky table then the waitress was rushing me to order then when I did order she took a while to bring me my food. The burger was cold and the fries were barely warm. When I asked for the check for the soda (the only thing I consumed) the waitress refused and instead brought the manager I told him I just wanted to pay for my soda and leave, I just wanted to get out of there, this is not the first time of this kind of experience at this location

Red Robin usually offers good value for money, but today I felt the fare a bit lacking. My ‘Burnt ends fries’ were somewhat dry, and lacking in the toppings like bbq sauce and burnt ends. My wife’s burger was very tasty if a touch vinegary. Two folks two mains two sodas for $42.49. Though not terribly priced, I did not feel like I got great value for money.

I don't usually eat at chain restaurants like this but even with a full building the staff made it happen. The food really was awesome and the drinks are seriously half the price of every other location. It went good.
