Ok the people complaining about the long waits do not understand how this ice cream is made. Its not the same as cold stone even though the mix process is similar. Rolled ice cream takes around 5 to 8 minutes no matter what per order. So if one person is working and you order 4 its going to take 20 to 30 minutes.They only way they could potentially prep in advance would be to limit the base to certain flavors and prep them early but that removes the whole point and concept of...read full review

Ice cream was good!! But service was lousy. We didn't get greeted or hardly acknowledged. When I was telling the cashier my order he cut me off to talk to his friends who were about to leave. He then said "oh my bad, go ahead" after that I think he noticed my vibe change so he started being more attentive and helpful. 3 stars for ice cream. 0 for the service. Place was hot and dirty too.

Me and my boyfriend stumbled upon this business. Started a conversation and didn't realize we were talking with the owner. We got a berry ice cream with bananas to share. Tasty treat before heading to see Mission Impossible 4DX.We will be back
