I probably rated roses 20 times from all The Times that I've been there and we are never disappointed. We got there late in the evening they were just about to close. They served us up everything. We ordered the atmosphere was great. I mean, it's, it's almost borderline Fast food/sit down restaurant. But this one really scores high in my book, because it's excellent every time we've been.
The taco Tuesday plate can’t be beat on their food is wonderful. They just don’t have Chile Rellanos, but everything that I have had here is terrific; and they have a good assortment of beer & cake!

I've been coming to Rosa's Tortilla Factory since I first arrived in Temecula in 2005. We've since (sadly) moved away, but it's nice to see, on our return visits, that Rosa's is still largely unchanged. For anyone interested in Baja cuisine, be aware that Rosa's is more of the Tex Mex style of Mexican food.
