starbucks on margarita and rancho cal in temecula ca-somebody give sara (i think it was her name) a raise RIGHT NOW DAWG my friend and i went through the drive through and asked for her to make us something as a surprise and she literally killed it dawg i asked for something with tea in it and she made me a green tea with passion tea on top and my friend a white chocolate frap with cinnamon dolce and we ordered and payed for grandes but she made us ventis and these are ong the best drinks we've had from starbucks like ever pls !

I have been coming here for months to study for my licensing exam... EVERYONE here is a freakin' angel. So welcoming and upbeat. They know who I am and always have my same drink ready for me. it's boarderline a problem (reliant on coffee to survive rn) but also NO ONE DOES IT KIKE THEM! 10/10 x 1973738282 stars

The Barista served me a cold pour over coffe , that was suppose to be hot .Never apologized or offered to fix it .One of the counter ladies that is very nice and professional offered to have them fix it.I had already waited 20 minutes for a drink that was supposed to be 10 minsI said no thank you.She attempt to refund my money put I paid with my rewards.So I am out of luck.This store is the worst Starbucks post COVID . I am a local so every several months I will give it a try ..It's a hit and miss .The staff is almost never pleasant very unprofessional.This time I will not be back .
