Mike Calabro Is the owner of this really cute establishment where they do olive oil and wine tastings. Cute little rooms and a dog friendly patio. He is so friendly and I definitely WOULD go back.
This is a great little place in the heart of Old Town Temecula! Mike and Mindi are terrific hosts! Mike really knows his way well around wine, flavored olive oils and flavored vinegars and balsamics! Such a terrific little tasting room and the staff is lovely. Everything they make is terrific! When you sign up for their wine club, you can get wine, oils, vinegars or a combination!

While this is a winery in cute old town Temecula, the olive oil tasting is the best. This is a really fun thing to do with your friends, especially those that don’t drink. They give small bread pieces and put various flavored olive oils in a tray. They give you dip and mix suggestions. The lemon olive oil is always in my cupboard
