The staff was phenomenal! I live in Thousand Oaks and I purposely make my way out to newbury park just for their service! They always ask if I’m using the app and present to me the latest food options and help me save money by asking me to upgrade my order instead of racking the items up a la carte. Hands down the best drive thru service. I enjoy the famous star with cheese and onion rings. Always serviced fresh and hot. Better than In-n-Out. Burger there is always cold. Sadly they don't care.I look forward to going to Carl's Jr. for the service and hot fresh food. Thank you.

I have a picky Chihuahua who will only eat the hamburger patties. I am at this location multiple times a week. I am always greeted with a smile and given great service. Everyone from the manager to the employees are wonderful. Thank you! ?
