Well a friend of mine and I had the munchies. He wanted to order Pizza from a restaurant. What turned me off from ordering was the mention of Pineapple on the pizza ?. So we bickered back and forth until we agreed on Tacos. I grabbed the keys and we headed to the Taco Bell ??..near the DMV. I always would drive to the Newbury Park location on Wendy Road.. Items are consistently missing from orders. Staff doesn't know menu items when asking for them needed to complete orders. Staff avoids front counter, relying heavily on kiosk use. Experience worsening each time we visit. Not sure of it's worth returning to this location ant more. Standards are already set pretty low for fast food.

Convenient location, clean environment and fast service....all in all a good option for a quick bite. Prices are a little higher than normal, but we are in the middle of a recession so that's to be expected.
