My daughter was suffering from abdominal pain and vomiting. I told the gentleman the symptoms my daughter was having, he selected several herbs. That day I made some tea for her. She came out and asked me what was in it because it took the nausea and pain away. She has a hiatal hernia but has managed to keep symptoms under control with herbal tea.
Very helpful staff and I wish they offered a tea class so much information and selection. Make sure you tell them what you are looking for and they can advise! Love that this shop is in T.O.

This is the first time I've been in the shop and purchased anything, and I really love this place! The employees are very knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable for the quality of the product, and the overall vibe of the store is peaceful and enjoyable. I live out of town, but the next time I come back I'm making another visit. Would definitely recommend.
