Everything was done correctly on specifically custom orders. The server at window included flatware napkins etc without being asked twice. You won't get a receipt unless you ask- Window Server doesn't say 1 word, no smile, but does her job well! Apple pecan chicken salad is missing cranberry's yet not sure it's a newer change to menu or they ran out. Overall, Recommend this drive thru
I guess not all Wendy's are good. The one in Woodland Hills is excellent, I went there for years, never a problem. We recently moved to TO, and while most of the restaurants are way better than the valley. Not this Wendy's, they don't offer straws with drinks, they don't offer condiments with food, if you don't ask, forget it. But even if you do ask, you might not get it. This last order, and it will be my last at this Wendy's. The forgot straws, ketchup, ranch dressing. The burgers...read full review
