This is a amazing place to get your coffee fix ..... outstanding vibes and the staff is very down to earth and very helpful..... Rose is amazing and Victor , Jehan , Julio ,Jenny are as well.... I find TCBTL drinks on the sweet side so I usually go there for a treat more often than for a regular daily caffeine intake, and this visit offered a perfect sweet fix. My favorites are either the mocha or vanilla ice blended drinks--I prefer to get less ice and the baristas are always happy to oblige. The "light" versions of the drinks taste very much like the regular versions, so they are a viable choice for somewhat reduced calories. The inside of the store is a bit narrow so one has to be mindful of other patrons working on laptops etc as you navigate through.

This place has truly gone down hill since the general manager Amanda Rudd was let go.The drink orders are almost always wrong now from the new employees.John & Terika are the best baristas and I'm not sure why they haven't been promoted to GM yet. There are multiple homeless people now just hanging out all day inside, with their stuff just taking up tons of seating space.The menu isn't as good as it once was when the place was kosher.It's just sad. This place went from a really cute packed coffee spot to just another coffee spot.

She was nice, friendly, welcoming, professional, and customer service oriented.I received an email from Coffee Bean offering me a free drink for my birthday. So, I came to the Toluca Lake Coffee Bean today. For whatever reason, the offer was only emailed to me and was not added to my app. When she asked me if it was on my app, I thought that I would just have to forego the offer. But, she said that is alright and told me that she was going to take care of me.She really made my day!!! You have a true keeper at this location. Please give her some recognition and show her that the company values her because she is making you look good.Thank you again! ?

First off what the heck??? You guys got rid of your Malibu Dream .. lame idea or your palagranett smoothies ???? So now you have a awful concentrated mango drink that taste as I said awful!!!! Stay with what works I've been buying your drinks for years give the customers what they want.... just saying Bring back the Malibu dream please!
Clean & neat, very similar to other coffee houses. Service was fast & correct. The food was OK, we were there later in the day so may have been fresher earlier. I'm not a big coffee house person so take that in account too.
