“First time found it through yelp I'm trying to go to more small businesses and find places that can accommodate me. I got the orange chicken because it didn't have soy and the person I was with got the Mongolian beef with noodles. I ordered on the phone the person was very sweet and knowledgeable and very considerate about my allergies. Everything arrived very sealed tight in plastic accept for my orange chicken and it had a cool opener the radish it looked like it was seasoned with ginger. It came with a side of rice. I felt I didn't really need the rice because the orange chicken was so flavorful. I like the idea of Korean Chinese fusion! Definitely will be coming back here.“
“I walked in to ask for a togo order. If you are unsure of what items to order, ask for a menu. The portions are huge! Consider ordering 1 side per person. So far everything I had on the menu is good. The best item so far are the fried pork chops. They give you so many that the box cannot close. This is the best Chinese in the vicinity, will come back.“
“Great tasting Chinese food. Sauces are really well done - not overly salted or overly thick. Highly recommend 1). Pan Fried String Beans, 2). Chicken with Garlic Sauce, and 3). Beef Chow Fun Dry Style. And Peking Duck if you like that. Definitely a gem we keep coming back to over and over.“
“Neighborhood diner serving Chinese/taiwanese breakfast items on the weekends. The rice roll is the best dish, others are ok. I would stick with to-going the rice rolls in the next next visit. The prices are really good though, they reflect the local neighborhoody vibe.“
“One of the best galbi tang I've had and not just in the South Bay, but all of LA. I've been to plenty of places in Ktown and I still prefer Hansol. The portion is huge, bachan is delicious, and the meat is juicy. They give you two giant ribs per portion. I can't speak to anything else on the menu since this is all I ordered, but my friend also enjoys their chicken katsu. 100% worth coming. To go is equally good. Great for a cold day!“
“Food was OK.. I saw a post on nextdoor and people were raving about it. I haven't been there in about 3 years. The Shrimp in Lobster Sauce wasn't good so I decided to try again, ordered the Shrimp in Black Bean sauce it was OK but love the one at A1 BBQ much better and the aromatic shrimp at Golden “
“I finally decided to try this place out and I was not disappointed! I had the spicy seafood noodle soup, it was so good and portion was large too! The gentleman who took the order was very nice and polite, I definitely will come back here again!“
“I've tried to eat here before but the orders were backed up! Which was only a good sign that the food was good. Finally, I was able to order take out and it was great! Very flavorful, good price and the guy that worked there brought it out to me in my car! That was sweet of him. They have an extensive menu and good lunch specials too. You have to try it!“
“This place is THE hidden gem. People drive by it dozens of times a week but never try it. I did and it has become my go to spot for noodles. The food is Transcendent and the feeling of just sipping on tea with noodles in the sun is bliss. Please try this place it is small but the food is actually made with love .“
“Thank you to our server "Shirley" it was our first time at a hot pot ever and she was great...chuckled when we asked for a fork. Lol ? it was a great experience and food kept coming to our table. We finished our food and broth, it was delicious. Took my chopsticks ? home to practice for next visit. Thank you "HAPPY SHEEP" in Torrance“
“This place is one of my family's favorites and, in my opinion, a hidden gem in the South Bay for authentic Cantonese food. The chef is an older gentleman who miraculously cooks by himself for the entire restaurant. The eggplant stirfry, beef with green onions, and hot and sour soup are some of my favorites.“
“Food is good! Worth the price & experience! Always ordered salt and pepper pork chops and fish has more meat than flour??, shrimp fried rice (made just right **chef's kiss**), honey Walnut shrimp (sweet, savory, and nutty - it's very yummy?), and the free dessert - tapioca pudding is good. I would go here often, but parking is difficult.“
“I had good experience at the King's Wok Express. They offered different systems of their service.Instead of choosing a few ithems, They let you choosemany selections of items, then they weigh the scale. Therefore, you can try manyitems. After weight on the scale of your foods, the price is not that expensive because you can control the portions. The price can be high or low.Anyway, they also offeredMongolian barbrecue. You can choose your choiceof meats &.vegetables.And they have a hot grill. They cook for you in front of you.You can watch how they, cook. They offered fresh meats & vegetables. I thinkit would be a healthy way of Chinese foods.Next time, I would like to try Mongolian barbecue. After that, I came home& tried their food.I choose orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, mixed vegetables, and steam rice.Thee orange chicken was delicious. Also, teriyaki chicken was juicy & tender.I liked their food and I enjoyed their tasty Chinese foods.Next time, I would try the.Mongolian barbecue.“
“It was a party of 10 & we were celebrating my sister’s birthday. There was a little confusion when part of the part arrived & was told that there was no reservation, however, I had spoken to JJ earlier in the week to confirm. He was on duty & rectified the situation without any hesitation. Which I actually expected. Treated my sister to a cocktail for the confusion. The cocktails were on point, delicious appetizers & food but most of all our waitress was awesome. Excellent service. Going back just for cocktails & appetizers“
“A very authentic Chinese food experience coming from a Taiwanese gal. Our favorite dishes were the fried chicken leg rice (reminded me so much of the bentos I would eat in Taiwan when I was young), mapo tofu, and wontons in spicy chili oil. The owners/chefs don't speak very much English, but they were super nice and accommodating. (Usually that's how you know a place is legit!)“
“My husband and I recently ate lunch at Pick Up Stix. I had the House Special Chicken, and my husband had the teriyakichicken with vegetables. Both were delicious. The food is made fresh there so it doesn't sit in a warming table. The customer service was very good. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It's a little noisy inside because of the food preparation, but it's not too bad. We really enjoy eating at Pick Up Stix.Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to move around in my wheelchair easily.“
“I visited some years back. The menus were in Chinese and the waitress didn't speak English but the dishwasher in the back did so he interpreted. I'm 57 years old and have been to many Chinese restaurants all over United States. Virtually all the other patrons in the establishment were Chinese and so I figured this must be best. It was incredible everything was cooked perfectly and the flavors were spectacular?️?️?️?️Five stars!“
