My only complaint is the game points are expensive and each game costs a lot of points to play so you have to spend a fortune in order to earn a decent prize, which are also over priced ticket-wise. But the games are fun and there is a good variety. The food could also use some improvement, flavor wise. The kids chicken bites were bland and the fries aren't crispy.
My experience on February 4th,2024 was exceptional. I cannot thank their entire staff enough. They went above and beyond regular customer service they were very attentive even when things changed. My party size doubled and they worked with it. Manager Mike was the best I can't thank him enough. He was very accommodating and understanding he deserves to be acknowledge for his hard work. I was actually really surprised about the quality of the food at this Dave and Busters. Normally every time we have been to one it's mediocre. Service was a little slow though and the arcade was meh. Pepperoni flat bread pizza is definitely a must order though.
