Went in around 1030 on a Tuesday morning, ordered about $15 worth of food and I asked to use the Restroom. The manager told me the restroom was out of service. Which was a lie because I saw one of the employees go in a little while after I asked. Don't appreciate being lied to. I'm tired of everyone still using COVID-19 as an excuse to be lazy. Lately I order value meals for some reason I don't get my fries! The last 3 times, no fries! My mom loves your shake and chili fries! She always gets hers! I can't run back my mom is 96 years old! I can't leave her alone and I just got her back in the house!
Was there grabbing my lunch when a homeless man approaches and asked me for something. It looked like he was asking for water so I told the cashier he seems to be asking for water. He gave it to him as I took off. When I was about to leave, I didn't have napkins and hot sauce so I went back in. The homeless guy was still there giving me the mean look and stink-eye at me while he was telling another customer what to order for him, so she was obligated to get him a combo meal.
