What do you order when you're being lazy at home and don't want to cook but still need to eat something heartwarming? Khun 9 Thai should be on your list of places to hit up to get that fixing right away.My friend and I ordered two dinner specials and were happy with what we got. I ordered their Tofu Penang Curry which came with white rice, side salad, and a fried wonton. The best places to eat are hidden gems like Khun 9! I've visited a lot of Thai restaurants in Southern California, but this is by far one of the best! After having visited Thailand, I have constantly been let down by restaurant after restaurant... BUT Khun 9 came through for me, baby! I highly recommend the green curry with chicken, veggie egg rolls, and pad see ew! Also, their free infused water is delicious... And free! Need I say more?

This review is long way overdue. This place serves authentic Thai food. My favorite is the papaya salad and their sticky rice with mango. They also own Boxing Works gym in Lawndale. The guy owner Bryan Popejoy is a popular Muay Thai coach and the gym produces excellent fighters.
