I love King Shabu Shabu...I've been going to this location for many years and the service, ambiance, and food quality has always been very good. Top quality meats and super fresh veggies. Simply put, one of the best in the South Bay. And as if great food wasn't enough, Aria and his crew are always attentive making sure customers have the ultimate in dining experience. This time I went with the Spicy Tonkotsu broth and Angus Ribeye Prime. The broth became tastier as more and more items were cooked in it. Life is delicious whenever I come here.
First time here, not too bad. The servers were attentive and quick. The quality of the meat was good. Also, even though you'd have to pay extra for more veggies, they give you a good amount to start with. I also love the fact that they give you a bowl with soup base so you can make your own udon noodle soup. Everything was pretty satisfying, except the dipping sauces were off.
