First time at La Cocina, was not disappointed, the food was very good in my opinion, our server was outstanding and very helpful for our first visit, definitely was impressive enough that since we live in the area, could very well be our new "go-to" Mexican restaurant. The decor inside was very nice also.
We eat out a lot and has been wanting to try this restaurant, we'll, today was the day. It was such a let down. The place is nice, clean and all, but the service and food really fall short. We sat for a while before the waiter came to our table to take our drink order and walker away before We could order an appetizer. Server was great, atmosphere as well, I ordered a Milanessa Steak, did not know that it comes breaded, and i don't care for steak prepared that way, so I ate some of my friend salmon and took my stak home, it should be noted on the menu that it's prepared breaded.
