This spot is right around the corner from my house. I take my son on the way to school sometimes in the morning if we are running late and need a healthy pick me up for breakfast.The staff is great. Knowledgeable and friendly.I love the mint chocolate chip best!!
Delicious pumpkin cheesecake shake and these protein waffles are fantastic! The donuts are almost too cute to eat! Great family owned business and their service was phenomenal. They explained everything on the menu to me and also wanted me to try the shake first to make sure it was how I wanted it. Highly recommend!

A quick google search lead me here while traveling to Bay Area from Galt and so happy I made the detour. Super friendly vibes as soon as you walk in (rare these days sadly) and the protein waffles exceeded my expectations!!!! They were not stingy with the fruit which was a plus! I don’t live close but whenever I’m traveling I will for sure stop here.
