It's been a while since I have been inside. There is a new system that you place your order and the team makes your sandwich. Honestly, I much rather enjoyed watching them make my order, when in store.I score low on service since technically, I placed my order at the kiosk and waited for my name to be called. Has customer service really just gone out the window? I mean I know it's just you ordering a sandwich and then making it but no greeting, no have a nice day, and no smiles? Lol it's comical. Guy just says i can take your order when you're ready and you tell him your order and he instantly forgets it. I'm the only person in the store at this time. Literally, salami and cheese. Done.
