I went here for dinner with my family on a Sunday. It's been about three years since I'd been there so I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say that my experience was terrific and the food was amazing! I had the Chicken Spaghetti Arrabbiata - a dish I'd not tried before anywhere. The serving presentation on the plates is impressive. Our server's name was Patricia. She was attentive and friendly to our party of five. We were actually the first diners in the restaurant that day so I kinda expected things to be slow. We were also super hungry, so it was nice to get quick service on our drinks and appetizers(delicious garlic cheese bread!). We'll be back soon. Thanks for the great experience!
They used to be to good! I don't know if it's post COVID or they changed cooks but the food was really bad. I ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. What I got was basically hamburger and spaghetti noodles and the hamburger was poorly seasoned no flavor at all. My date ordered before ravioli. The beef raviolis had a strange colored meat inside that didn't resemble hamburger at all and to top it all it is the same unseasoned hamburger on top. Very disappointed
First time eating there. The customer service was fantastic. I enjoyed my dinner.
Chicken Parm was great!
Very nice place, delicious food, it can get expensive though
Nice romantic restaurant, great for date night!
Chill place . Friendly staff and food was super delicious and the wine ufffff . I was in love with the chocolate mousse
Good place to have dinner and good atmosphere. First time there and would definitely go again.
service was good, food was delicious and the patio is quite unique.
Awesome, great food and all the staff were great.
Not good. We went on Valentine's Day, for a local dinner and were stunned with the lack of awareness of the workers. We literally wondered if we were invisible? Several workers looked at us as we waited awkwardly for assistance but they wouldn't verbally acknowledge us, after 5 minutes we decided to get their attention on our own. After checking in with reservations we were told to wait 20 minutes outside, without any offering of drinks. We watched staff pacing frantically never seeming to accomplish much yet, attemping to maintain their composure.A little place that can only have 49 person occupancy cut down to 3rds due to covid wasn't busy at all yet that was the excuse we were given. Looking at more than half the guests without drinks and less than the other half without food was our second giveaway after seeing the rat climb the stairs... The hostess calling guests was always in the wrong place asking the wrong people if they were someone else. Finally after being seated we didn't waste time ordering once we got a server because God only knew when we they'd be back after ordering drinks. We read the menu online prior and knew what we wanted. So we ordered everything asap. Soon we discovered per the waitress she forgot our table number and then we were presented with wrong order after wrong order while we patiently waited for our drinks. Then after 30 minutes our drinks come without a glass, our starter comes on a $3 plate and we started to make light of the situation. The waitress apologizes to us for her mistakes then the bland bag salad comes out that makes us seriously wonder what the hold up is. Anyone could put dressing on a salad from a bag, on a plate in less than 30 minutes. I order another drink and they come and apologize, we request to fix our wobbly table and we wait for the food after a teenager explains he cant bring us drinks because he's only 18. Then we waited for our charred salmon entrees or come out and our first bites into our over cooked salmon was dissatisfying, but afterall what else could go wrong? All that has already did. So, we address the waitress with our concerns and she was very explanatory and apologetic. We were able to talk to mgr at the end and just wanted them to know our experience after being informed this place "treats everyone as family" , but that's not how we were actually treated and not how we felt being 1st time guests. We ended up getting our entire meal complementary which was fair and they were very understanding and sorry for the experience we had. We had to leave a very dissatisfied review out of honesty and decided we will return later for another chance to redeem themselves. They promised our next experience would be 200x better. We will take them up on it only because of the complementary service we received from the mgr at the end. We do truly feel the waitress took on all the responsibility that wasn't her fault. We were mostly disappointed with the lack of acknowledgment or accommodations upon arrival and the invisibility we felt before her greeting us. Anyway that's our story hope they redeem themselves next time. Ps the mgr was really nice assertive and understanding and that was pleasant. They gave us complimentary cheese cake and a rose. Which was nice too. I hope next time is better. We will review fairly and not come on a holiday. Until then..
