I hadn't been here in a while. Now its under new ownership.The place has no ac in it so beware. The staff is nice and cordial. The food is full of flavor and freshly made. The salsa has a nice kick in it. So if you can't handle spicy, not sure what to tell you. I will be back for sure.
As someone who grew up eating Mexican food, this is one of the few places in Tulare that can make authentic Mexican food. The Wet Burrito is spicy which is a good thing as Mexican food SHOULD be spicy. The employees state the salsas are homemade, which is most likely true as it doesn't taste canned.The service is good, took about 10-20 minutes for 2 burritos and 4 tacos (They were also making delivery orders.)
