I was driving home from Atwater on Hwy 99, and my first glimpse of a modern shopping center was in the City of Turlock. Oh boy, lots of choices! So I drive around, and I see a Baskin-Robbins. It's not too busy, so I go in and order my usual.....a scoop of coffee and a scoop of chocolate. The young lady eagerly scoops my order and tries to suggestive sell. Then she rings me up, and....Whoa! That total seems a little low. I ordered the same thing, so what's different here? It might be my imagination, but the prices are slightly lower here than in the central SF Bay Area. So, clean shop, eager staff, and lower prices. Free parking in lot, Countryside Plaza. Hwy 99 and Fulkerth Rd, Turlock.

Went is last week to order a cake. I went through the book with my daughter and she was disappointed that there was no cake with a pig. One of the employees wrote down my information and I received a call back asking what kind of cake I was looking for. After talking with the decorator they said they could make one. We went today to pick it up and my daughter was so excited, she absolutely loved it. Thank you Baskin Robins!
