Some ditzy blonde that works there asked if I want another single Kit Kat for a dollar more she scooped the most melted ice cream I’ve seen for me. It was 7 $ dollars of melted ice cream like place is ran by Neanderthals. Very low iq crew.

There are many choices of ice cream flavors and a lot of mix-ins from cookies & candy to nuts & sprinkles, fruit and all flavors of syrups! In addition to ice cream in cups or cones there are other goodies such as, drinks, milk shakes, ice cream cakes, ice cream sundaes and ice cream sandwiches.

I Was so happy to get a Stone Cold Creamery in Cerea. Finally something other than Baskin Robbins. Stopped here on the first day they opened and had the Almond Milk peanut butter one( can't remember what it is called but only Almond milk one on the menu). My ice cream was scooped and prepared and the other 2 people in my group were served. First let me start by saying the difference in sizes are ridiculous as the scoop the same amount of ice cream per cup. Two of our order were one to the pictures and the third looked as if it had been half eaten. Cake back the next day and the same thing happened. On was normal sized one looked half eaten. When I pointed this out the Manager or only adult there asked if I had eaten it.....and he made it! He made it previously as well. Now let's start with the quality of a Stone Cold Creamery ice cream as it has a certain consistency and these lacked. The icecream wasn't mixed and the strawberries were frozen chunks of ice. This place needs some help. Let me also say that the front door and windows appear to have been cleaned since they opened. Another suggestion would be to move the ice cream cake case out of the direct sunlight. Review....super underwhelmed as this.is supposed to be a top notch ice-cream chain.

Went to Turlock Cold Stone last night. I used to love coming here but over the years, service has declined. There were 6 kids on the night crew last night but only 2 were actually working. The rest were horse-playing around while there was a line of customers going out the door. The kids that were messing around were getting really close to each other’s faces and wiggling their tongues at each other… gross. One of the boys kept rubbing and touching his nose and never washed his hands. There was something said to one of the boys but I doubt he did anything.

Despite 15 signs for the new mask mandate, 4 mask less people in front of us were being served. One of the mask less customers told the two younger, that he tested positive a few days ago - after which a startled back and forth conversation of if he was serious and a frank demand if he had a positive or negative test resulted in an inaudible response, but the younger girls incredulous "I thought you tested negative!" Was enough drama for me, regardless if it was a political statement, or a sick joke - we left and I registered an online complaint. The owner called me personally and apologized, explaining that they do hold the position of enforcement here. It was good to realize the sincere concern the owner has not only for his staff and customers, but for our community as a whole. This pandemic has put many of us in unexpected positions, where the right answer isn't simple - all we can do is our best.
