We usually get our food to go and by the time we get home. The burgers are warm and the fries are getting chilled, we live a few miles away. But this time I ate in the parking lot and I have never tasted such a good hamburger and fries before ! because it was hot and it was fresh. And obviously great.

The gentlemen working the drive thru at 10:53 on 4/8/24 I believe his name was Moses. Was extremely friendly made sure my order was correct and because I was trying something new mustard fried he made sure to ask if I would like the pickles with it and if cheese was okay! He gave the upmost professionalism and respect and it made me happy and really wanna come back at earlier times of the day so he can help me in the drive thru!

Me and my family were on a road trip and when we waited in line for over 30 minutes and we got to the window our debit card was not working right so the manager asked if we could pull to the front and when we pulled up to the front of the restaurant he came out with our food and he said eat your food while it’s hot and said just go get cash or if you get your card working just come in and pay, after asking if he was sure we ate our food and got our card working and went in and paid. This young man had no idea if we would actually come in and pay but his kindness was so touching he deserves a raise and so much more. He will always have a special place in my heart.

Had a bit of trouble this time. Thought I ordered a number 2 animal style and only the burger was animal style, then I said 2 shakes and we only got one. Not the end of the world, but what a bummer!

I have been going to In -N - Out for over 3 decadesYet this branch is the least quality I have experienced in Food and ServiceThe animal style fries had raw onion and seemed to be reheated as the cheese was rubbery and cold on the fries with white semi fried onionThe cheese burger had pickles that is fibrous and too chewyIn the drive through they forgot to give the car ahead of me her drink, very funny they almost did the same with meI had to remind the delivery window of my order and they were giving it piece by piece and each time saying by now , and then realizing that another thing is missingI understand they are hard working kids and I respect them but this service is horrible to get specially when I am trying to get a dinner after a long working dayArrived my hotel room and found the order missing utensils I requested and of course cold rubbery fries and very chewy burger sandwich that I could not take more than two bitesI hope they improve
