Disappointed in the price and quality of the food. When we were asked to round up for charity, after we donated and asked what it was for, we were not told it was for employees to attend college. It's not my idea of a "charity" probably wouldn't have done donated for that cause. They should probably be a little more detailed on what donations are for charity .. i.e. not st judes or red cross... but for employees' college fees.

Andrea was the person who helped up. Great customer service. Went above and beyond. She was very helpful and with a great attitude. Definitely will be coming back and recommending with great customer service. Leaving happy always makes someones day brighter and she surely did that.
The level of incompetence is staggering. I've been to this KFC three times in the past year, the first time they wanted to close early and we're pretty much out of everything. The second time I ordered pulled around, waited for 10 minutes then headed inside just to find out that my order was canceled because they were out of everything, but chose not to come and tell me. And just today I went through the drive-thru and only one of the three things that I ordered, correct. This place needs new management, new staff, and a new distributor because they are almost always out of something.

Literally just went to the drive-thru the only customer here. Not sure how they're still in business, however they made me pull around when they finally got my food to me. They had it upside down on the box with no napkins and when I open the box up it's spilled all over me and I went inside to get napkins and they just acted like it was no big deal trash

so i got a 3 chicken tenders but they gave me two chicken tenders and a biscuit and then I ordered big chicken nuggets but they gave me small ones and then I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich but then they didn't give me a spicy chicken chicken

Most KFC take a while to attend to you and don't even acknowledge you till they are ready to help you. Happens most of the time. I ordered a chicken sandwich around dinner time and the chicken was so dry it was hard to chew the ends.

waited 30 minutes chicken was water attack. My root beer float had barely any ice cream and watery chicken wasn't cooked all the way. if I could put a zero star review, I would!!!

if I could give a zero I would! I got a famous bowl the forgot my chicken. I'm the bowl! our sandwitchs was cold and the chicken tenders was as big as a pencil let me just add the chicken nuggets the breading on them like why is this place still in service!

Bad customer service. Cashier said that they had wings when asked. 2 minutes after we ordered and paid, the cashier told us there were no wings and we had to wait for more. So we asked for a refund and we were told "we don't do refunds". To make matters worse, we had to wait a long time since they were understaffed and 3 employees were sitting in the corner talking and laughing.
Omg! So I went around 230 Feb 26 wanted a pot pie said it would be 25 mins I have a three month old in the back seat too long for me went to my sisters in Hughson really wanted that pie thought they said they're putting them in fresh maybe its true ill risk it and go back before I go back home in modesto omg! I wish I would have got two!! I left it in the car for like 30 possibly and hour fed baby all that ? ? I bring it in the house its hot still perfect temperature i had pre heated the oven didnt need it I dig in delicious ? wish I had another one for later I breast feed and hungry all day long ? iam in love with the pies ? costcos is alright this one that top crisp sweet layer hits the spot

Waited 30 minutes for my food and Waited in parking #4 where told me to park and gave my food to someone else. Took them 15 more minutes to make a new ordered. Only had 2 employees working and none of them knew what to do.

I went to the KFC on Monte Vista That is attached to A&W! The manager was completely rude and disrespectful cussed at me and everything over talk to me when I was ordering my food. She had zero respect! If you don't like tour job then you should QUIT! Very bad service. Employees and management are rude and shouldn't be working there! I have NEVER BEEN SO Appalled with customer service that I was just given!

I have never had a worse experience anywhere in my life. I didn't even order in the drive thru, The associate was so rude and unhelpful, I just drove thru and went somewhere else. He clearly didn't want to make any money or serve any customers. The man has the customer service skills of a cracked out girl scout. I will NEVER return.
