I used to love this place but the ownership has really sent this place off the rails. They now are a “no tipping establishment” yet add a 16% service fee to every check. The service fee goes to the owner not the servers. If you pay by card and add a tip on the machine the tip does not go to the servers it goes to the owners. Only cash tips handed to servers stay with the servers. I’m sick of being asked to tip anywhere and everywhere but if chose to tip it should be going to the person serving me NOT the establishment that has already charged me for my meal + a service fee.

They refused us service because it was 38 minutes before closing. Their website states they will seat 10 minutes before closing. It was my birthday, and I was excited to try this place. Never been here before, and I will never go back.

My daughter and I went in yesterday for brunch, and it was all around an awful experience. I’ve been here dozens of times and feel like service has definitely gone downhill. We were seated immediately, which is always nice. Probably because it was cold and rainy, so nobody was waiting. Our server came pretty quickly and we were given ice water. Well, that’s a stretch. It was room temp water (pretty sure it was tap) with a couple lonely ice cubes floating in it. She took our orders, and I requested a cup of ice for my water. It took forever for my daughter to get her coffee, and my ice didn’t come with it. I had to remind the server to get my ice. By then, there was literally NO ice in the cup. Anyway, as we are sitting there talking, we were both FREEEZING even though we were seated inside. I guess inside doesn’t mean much when doors are wide open and there is no heat. So we finally get our food and it was fine, but we never saw the server again for the entirety of the meal. We were done eating, beyond ready to go, and ready to pay the bill. Finally saw the server again at a table across from us, so I figured she’d come by when she was done. Nope. I had to get up and ask some other random employee to get my check. Our server dropped it off, and honestly, I wasn’t going to tip her well. She did the bare minimum, and not really even that. As I read the tab, I realized why. Apparently Loza now takes it upon themselves to automatically add in their own 16% “service fee” whether you like it or not. The meal was ridiculously expensive—$67 for two people to have breakfast, one coffee, one water. That lazy server’s tip came out to almost $8. Definitely not what I would’ve left her, but that’s why she wasn’t worrried about providing good service, because she gets that either way. Loza is not what it used to be, and I will definitely not be in a hurry to come back.

A must stop if you are in Turlock. The food is incredible! My kids especially love the Classic Crepe. My favorite is the breakfast avocado crepe. My husband’s favorite is the breakfast tacos. Though we have favorites, everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful whether you are indoors or outdoors. Great place to go brunching after church, date with your girl gang or some special time with a spouse. The service is nice. The staff is personable and attentive to the needs of their customers. They are also knowledgeable about their menu and can recommend a couple of ideas based off your preferences. Our server was Angel! Shout out to the great service.Current Menu Attached!Cheers and happy dining ?Kid-friendliness: Kid Friendly menu and servers are great with families.

Great dining experience. Went in early so we did not have to wait in line.
I order different plates were some were good but other's were yakk!!!??.The coffee latte was delicious, spaghetti Alfredo!! Was bomb!! I meant delicious but I personally order a plate "MARRIED ME" that I wouldn't recommend not even to my worst enemy the sauce was not good and I just didn't like it, or my wife or any of my kids!!! So that plate!! Not good ?? other thing is a play factor is that there's no parking space and you need to park across the street to eat here. The place was very clean and costumer service was on dot.If you can pay $235.00 7 plates of eggs with french fries!!! 2 lattes,3 kids orange juice, one married me and one chicken alfredo. This is the place. We were not surprised with the food for $235.00 so we are not coming back but trying other restaurant instead.Parking: I had to drive around and nothing till our waiter spot a parking spot across the street from our table from other buildings in front of park!!Kid-friendliness: Theres nothing for kids!!!
