“This was our first time here. I had the Take 'Em To The Station burger. The burger was THICCC and juicy, seasoned perfectly, and cooked to perfection. The jalapeno-infused patty, habanero jam, bacon, and all the fixings were fuego ? my taste buds were literally tingling. My wife had the pepperoni pizza and while not as good as my burger, she had no complaints (personally I wish it had been a little more crispy). Service was great, drinks refilled promptly. I'm marking this as the best burger Turlock has to offer. We will be back!“

“Best wings I've ever had. Got the 209 style (lightly battered wing) wings with Buffalo and wow they were the largest juiciest best wings my partner and I have ever had. And then we tried the spicy mozzarella sticks....don't miss out on this place it's a gemParking: Tons of parking“

“Total greasy spoon place; if biscuits & gravy topped with scrambled eggs and bacon are your thing, you’re in luck. The food is actually good but keep in mind you’re in the outskirts of Turlock; if you want something remotely healthy your best bet is the oatmeal and maybe some fruit. Otherwise grab a protein bar and a banana at a nearby Walgreens.Very good service here; love the old timey diner setup.“

La Cantina Bar • $$
142 S 1st St, Turlock

“Great atmosphere, packed on weekends. Live Mexican music on weekends, DJ's on Thursdays. Lax dress code. Professional security. All mixed drinks and shots $5. Domestic beers $4, imported $5. Small bucket of 6 imported beers $25, domestic $20. Large bucket "mega" of 18 imported beers $60, domestic $50, and you can mix beers. "La Cocina" is their kitchen in the back and serves the best food all night including, tacos, carne asada fries, quesadillas, etc. All pretty female bartenders in heels and dressed nicely. “Ive never had bad experience with The Rail. Even when girls come in and dont know what they want (something fruity) type thing. They charge casino style, charge you for shot, the soda or juice mixer is free. Fiancé gets drunk on $20 and I play blackjack to play for her tab win win.“
