Omg thank goodness for this place today. It was not crowded. Very attentive staff. Our order was fast, hot & correct.?I had a Cafe" Americano and my company had either a hot tea or the same hot coffee. The location is way off the exciting, energetic part of the city here in Turock but absolutely perfect for our journey on this day. Thank you. Enjoy your day.

New hire struggling to make drinks. I waited 15 minutes and ask for a refund as I needed to leave. Was told it was ready. IT WAS TERRIBLE! The fault did not lay with new barista but with poor manager. The manager informed me she had received her 2 weeks training and had to figure it out for herself. One person putting cups on display shelf, manager wiping down warmer. They were very aware of her struggle and poor customer service. Shame on them.

Too many loud rude teenagers hanging out in the place when I was waiting for coffee. They surrounded me at the pre-order line and I had to move because of the noisy, rude teenagers in the lobby.

I use to love this place, but not so much anymore! I went in for my drink this morning to find it to be ALL ICE. I have got this particular drink made here and other locations and never had an issue until today. On my order I stated for light ice, so I mentioned it to the barista. They looked at me like I was d*** and gave me a rude response. I then explained how I didn't mind if the cup was a bit empty and that a little more creamer would fix the proportion. They then rolled their eyes and proceeded to say I'm wrong and that they didn't understand what I wanted. They made the effort to say that they guess they could remake it, but there would be nothing in the cup. I didn't want to make a scene in the store, so I ended leaving without it being remade.They made me so upset for how they treated me. I wasn't even giving attitude, all I wanted was light ice and more creamer. As an ex-barista, I don't understand why this particular barista made me feel d**** Per starbucks guidelines the customer should always be right and is able to get a drink remade with no questions. Therefore I will not be returning. I would recommend this location to retrain their staff! FYI the individual who made my drink was white, had short blonde hair, and on they chunky side. Not good at customer service!

Absolutely disgusted of I was treated today at this location specially when you're a regular 5 days a week costumer! Always mobile order my drink ahead of time check the estimated time due to they are always busy which is understandable that's why I order way ahead and give them a whole bunch-a time to get the drink ready(because I've worked the costumer service for over 17+ years) but you hire bunch a careless people for a busy business it's just wrong! My mobile order was lost according to one of the staff( blonde hair and very rude and ignorant) So asked if I can get a remake she stated I have to get in line and order it again at the register asked her even my order was pre-paid she just start ignoring me and when I asked can I just get my refund she then ignores again so I asked another employee got ignored again asked them if I can just speak with the manager NOTHING AGAIN!! Not to mention I do understand the situation when they are busy and backed up but to ignore you like that it's un-expectable because I am a manager at the retail store myself and being busy it's one thing and treating your costumer disrespectfully it's a whole different thing that can not be excepted! I have never thought one day I would do a review like this! But to do the same job myself and never neglect any costumer and always make sure that they feel like we still care for them and they time when we as costumer give the employees the same feel it's what I didn't get at this location! To be fully honest as a regular costumer at this location they always have employees issues, with little knowledge about costumer service (which is a big deal, it's what's runs the business) Educate your employees when they are new hires teach them about the importance of costumer service! IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT OK TO FEEL THIS DISAPPOINTED AND NEGLECTED over a cup of coffee where they could've turn this around and make it up for it for waiting for almost 50 minutes!! Not to mention to quickly make a drink for a another costumer who mentioned she mobile ordered it after I did and yet that employees able to make her drink right then so fast and yet I got ignored in a most disrespectful manner!! EVEN THE ONE START ITS NOT WORTH RATING THE AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAD TODAY!! Change your actions and behaviors please!!
