If I could give this location a zero star I would. I placed an order online and waited till my pick up time to go pick up and they stated that they did not have my order. I showed them my order and that I had been charged. Employees just disregarded me and didn’t do anything till I asked what could be done. They called the manager and let’s just say if thats the way that the manager talks her paying customers it’s insane. Her only solution was to have me place my order again and pay again. I told her it was ridiculous and her solution was to get out or get escorted out by the cops. Never coming back to this location again. Horrible customer service!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I was told by the manager Liz I was going to get a refund on a order form 13th I’ve called almost everyday since and was told a new excuse they told me by Monday I would have my refund. Well it’s Friday of the following week and no refund. I called again today and was told Liz would be in to call back in a hour and when I did I got this girl who said Liz is on vacation for like a month and that basically she didn’t believe me tried to look back on the camera and couldn’t even get the right day and said I wouldn’t get my refund after I’ve been told for 10 day I would. Worst place ever. Don’t go to them.

Be very careful going to this subway.I placed a online order picked it up it was a ft long cold cut combo.I came home ate 1 half of the sandwich decided to open it up and give a few slices of meat to my dog. When I saw the cold cut it had mold on it. It was the most disgusting thing. I tried to then make my self vomit what I has already consumed.. but it wasn't coming up. The next day I felt extreme nausea and pain in my stomach for the next 8 days I was extremely sick. Please beware do not order from here. They never change the products and products are not fresh they will only change the dates and still sell it..Stay away from cold cut, Capicola, pastrami, eggs, and veggie patties as a previous worker I spoke with told me these are somtimes past 7days and they change dates instead of throwing them away. Absolutely disgusting...

I always get my food fast and well prepared they speak spanish here so it's helpful that my husband can go here on his own to get our subs and not need me to tag along to translate. Loving the bilingual service ❤️friendly staff ❤️

Fast and friendly service. When I asked for extra olives, they did not hold back like some other Subway restaurants in the area. I will be coming here again

Worst Experience ever not only did they treat me horrible they over charged me for everything and wouldn't give me my money back they had hella attitude on the phone very threatening when I told them they clearly over charged me. She wasn't willing to give me a refund and kept arguing with me then text me several times after I told her that I would call corporate and the bank and have the charges disputed she said I could come in for a Partial refund At that point I felt extremely uncomfortable and delt with my bank she did try to throw away my receipt please always ask and check them this is a clever way to steal from people charge them for items they didn't receive or undercharge for items and pocket the remainder form the reviews at this location I think corporate needs to be looking into it
